Our Story

Located on Tiger Mountain in the foothills of the Cascades in Washington state. We’ve been smoking meats and cheeses along with pickling, canning and fermenting vegetables for many years at home. After some prodding from friends and family (plus a pandemic), we’re now selling our at-home treats to the outside world. We consider everything we make a great companion on your charcuterie plate. 

We’ve always been guided by seasons, so our menu throughout the year will change based on what’s available locally. Items may come and go, but know this, we’ve always aimed to capture the most flavor we can, when we can (yep that was a pun). Keep checking back for new stuff.

"I wanted the strong flavors of the GG sauce to make a statement; and since I love seafood, marinating shrimp was an obvious choice! To calm the fiery punch of ginger spice, I then blended the GG drippings in a Thai Coconut Base– a cuisine known for garlic and heat. The result? It was delicious!
